Fulvia, the owner, is registered with the Associazione Italiana per Celiaci (Italian Celiac Society) from where she is able to keep up with all the news and new developments to give the best service to her celiac guests, enabling them to live their holiday in complete safety. 

Breakfast is served from 08.00 to 10.30 and you will find a well stocked gluten free buffet obviously separate from that with gluten, with several types of cereals, jams, croissant, biscuits, hams, yogurt, milk including lactose free drinks, fresh fruit, boiled eggs or fried eggs with bacon and fruit juices. 

The evening gluten free menu includes a choice of 3 starters, 3 main courses, 3 desserts and a big salad and vegetable buffet.
