» Cancellation terms: In the event that you are unable to travel please notify the hotel either by phone or in writing. In the case of cancellation of the booking, Hotel Gallo will charge a penalty to the client as follows:
Up to 28 days before arrival date no charge;
from 28 days to 7 days before arrival date an amount equivalent to 1 day of the total holiday cost; 
from 7 days to 0 days an amount equivalent to 3 days of the total holiday cost.   
Any paid deposits will be used as part or full payment of the above indicated penalties.
